Fellows

The Library
Henry Clay Frick's Library

For more than 25 years, the Fellows have helped to ensure that The Frick Collection remains a singular museum experience. Fellows' gifts are put toward a host of purposes which enhance the permanent collection and the landmarked Gilded Age mansion that houses it, including special exhibitions, the annual symposium in the fine arts for graduate students, the concert and lecture series, the maintenance of the galleries and gardens, and the floral arrangements throughout the galleries.

During the past decade, the Fellows have come to include the serious connoisseur; collectors; those working in the art marketplace; art scholars; and those with a more casual interest in art, art history, and the cultural life of New York City. In recent years, through the Young Fellows, a new generation has shown a growing enthusiasm for contributing to the life of the Collection. Special Fellows events hosted by the Collection throughout the year offer social and educational opportunities for a lively exchange among art lovers.

You are invited to become a Fellow and a part of the tradition begun when Henry Clay Frick acquired his first picture. You, too, can play an important part in keeping his legacy alive for anyone who cares about great art.

Each Fellows category offers unique educational and social benefits.
