On March 9, 2006, the Young Fellows of The Frick Collection hosted their seventh annual Ball.
The Honorary Chairmen were Marina Rust Connor, Lauren du Pont, Nathalie Gerschel Kaplan, Martha Loring, and Aerin Lauder Zinterhofer. The Event Chairmen were Lauren Davis, Tinsley Mortimer, Emilia Fanjul Pfeifler, Elisabeth Saint-Amand and Victoria Traina.
The theme of this year’s party was Tango and Tapas in conjunction with the exhibition “Goya’s Last Works”. This also was reflected in the dress code, “Black Tie, Toreador, Dress to Tango” and many guests were dressed in elegant creations by fashion designer Vera Wang and jewelry by Harry Winston.
Moët Hennessy USA and Thornwillow Press also contributed generously toward the evening.
This event raised more than $275,000, which will support the Frick’s Education Program. |
